Your research,
in one place.

A watchlist tells you which companies caught your attention. A research worksheet records why—and what you still need to understand.

CSV format. No email required. Open it in Excel or import it into Google Sheets.

What to record

  • The business: what it sells, who pays and which competitors matter.
  • The evidence: links to filings, dates, reporting periods and the facts supporting your view.
  • The questions: what is unclear, what might go wrong and what would change your mind.
  • The follow-up: the next event or source you want to review.

How to use it

  1. Download the file and open or import it as a comma-separated spreadsheet.
  2. Replace the clearly labelled example row with your own company.
  3. Keep facts and interpretations separate. Add the original source and date for each important claim.
  4. Revisit the sheet after new results or a meaningful business change.

The worksheet does not contain live prices, formulas, brokerage connections or a Stocker import feature. It is a simple research organizer you control.
